Farmer Network and Kernel Sourcing as another contribution to our motherland



We are Royal Cashew Family always looking forward to giving the best of the best to our customers as well as to our motherland as per the beginning vision of our chairman Dr. Ruwan Wathugala. Other than contributing to the motherland's economy we started to support our cashew farmers by purchasing their harvest to make their life’s better so they also can contribute to our motherland's economy at their fullest.

We have built this farmer network by selecting the best farmers in order to give the best quality products to our customers and we are not only buying their products but also marketing their products in our local market by being an expert market leader in Sri Lanka. Since we are always looking to add value to our natural assets we have introduced various product ranges to those kernels which we purchase from our farmers to increase the value of their product.

This farmer network is not just a network. It’s like a family to our company. We have engagement events with our farmer network in order to build the bond between the Farmer network and the Royal Cashew Family. So by having those events we always look forward to educating them to get the best harvest from their crops and to use the new technology for farming purposes so they can move forward with the world since the world always moving forward with archiving new milestones.

So in this Farmer network, we mainly purchase three raw materials verities

1.      Full nuts

2.      Splits

3.      Pieces

Since we purchase all three verities of raw materials. It will be more support for our Farmer Network since all their harvest will purchase by our company and take their quality products to the top-level customers in our local market as the market leader in the Cashew Industry.

So by proving, again and again, the very first valuable vision of our chairman Dr. Ruwan Wathugala to give full support for our motherland, we have come a long way in this journey by supporting our motherland and farmers to grow day by day. So we have proven our slogan “Moments made Magical” By making not only customers' but also suppliers' life moments Magical.
