Introduction to Royal Cashew Group of Companies


Sri Lanka, one of the most beautiful country on earth covered with lot of natural assets. These natural assets bring a big value to our country. What if we can add some value to these natural assets. It will increase the value of the asset. We are Royal Cashew family do the same thing under the Excellent leadership given by Dr. Ruwan Wathugala as the chairman and founder of the company “Royal Cashews”. As a company which gives more values natural assets. We are always looking forward to made Every moment magical. So with this Blog we are hoping to share our stories, Stories about Cashew with all our fans.

Let`s Being with an introduction on Royal Cashews Company, Our Company Started on 1999 as a result of Hard workings done by Royal Cashew Chairman Dr. Ruwan Wathugala. As a Sri Lankan citizen he always wanted to give some support of his motherland to grow up. So as a result of this valuable thought he planned to start his own company.

As a startup for the company his plan was to sell value added product so he started his journey to select a good product which can be a value added product. As a result of this long journey finally he selects one of most valuable natural asset in Sri Lanka, “Cashews “. Cashews can be considered as a very valuable product with a high demand. So when it became a value added product it can be considered as a premium product.

So with the startup from 1999 as a very successful entrepreneur the company he started as Royal Cashew came a very long and successful journey until today. The small scale company which started 1999 has become a large scale company which provide jobs for hundreds of employees and give a big contribution to Sri Lankan Economy as a Local Company as well as a large scale exporter. So finally his value thought to give something to his motherland became true with his hard workings and now we are Royal Cashew Family planning to give more contribution to Sri Lankan Economy while Making our valuable customers moments Magical.
